A TWO-DAY SHOPPING EXTRAVAGANZA!

Day 1 of The Market at Hope, Wednesday, September 25, is open from 5:00pm - 9:00pm and features early shopping, live music, gourmet food stations and door prizes! 

This year, The Market is bigger and better than we've ever hosted. From unique gifts, accessories, home décor, trendy clothing and so much more,The Market is THE pefect place to get a jump start on your Christmas shopping before the busy holiday season. 

Day 1 Admission: $15.00 (2-day wristband—granting Market access for Day 1, Wednesday, September 25 and Day 2, Thursday, September 26) 
Day 2 Admission: $5.00 (Market access for Day 2 only, Thursday, September 26, 10:00 am-7:00 pm)

Free for children under 10

With over 100 craftsman featuring everything from wood-working, pottery, woven goods, glass work, jewelry and more, the 47th Annual Pink Palace Crafts Fair is an annual tradition celebrating the very best in crafts and art.  In addition to one-of-a-kind arts and crafts, the Fair features live music, food, beverages and kids activities including train rides, petting zoo and more. The Pink Palace Crafts is a great place for visitors to shop, play and explore.

St. George's Art Show

Each year, St. George's hosts an exhibit and fine art sale featuring local and regional artists. Hundreds of pieces of artwork are on display and are available for purchase. Artists have the opportunity to introduce their work to a large number of serious collectors of fine art, as well as those who are just beginning to learn about important regional artists. Thirty percent of the proceeds goes to the St. George's Arts Alliance to enhance the arts programs of all three campuses. The event is free and open to the community.

2019 Cooper Young Festival will be celebrated on Saturday, September 14 from 9 am to 7 pm. See you then!

The Cooper-Young Festival, hosted by the Cooper-Young Business Association (CYBA), is Memphis' most anticipated outdoor celebration. Held in Memphis' largest historic district, the Cooper-Young Festival is scheduled for September 14th.

In its 32nd year, this event has grown tremendously and is one of Memphis' most highly attended Festivals. This year, over 130,000 guests will enjoy an appealing mix of art, music and crafts presented by over 435 artisans from around the country. The Cooper Young Festival is a true celebration of the arts, people, culture and Memphis heritage.

Cooper Young was named one of the "Top 10 Great Neighborhoods in America" by the American Planning Association in 2012. Come join us for the party and get to know why Cooper Young is Midtown!

East Buntyn Art Walk

Each spring, the East Buntyn ArtWalk celebrates local artists and musicians with an amazing open-air bazaar of galleries set up in the front yards and porches of the historic east Memphis neighborhood. With the slogan “Outdoor Galleries, Outright Cool,” the ArtWalk showcases the talents of neighborhood residents as well as artists from around Memphis and the Mid-South. Works include a wide range of media, including watercolors, oil, photography, pottery, textiles, woodworking, jewelry, and stained glass. This unique arts fair offers visitors the opportunity to visit and engage with local artists while enjoying the hospitality of East Buntyn residents.

Collierville's Harrell Theatre will be showcasing a collection of Erika's work from April 13-June 25.  This collection will feature contemporary impressionist works, as well as abstract pieces.  All piece created and chosen for this show will celebrate a joyful moment of celebration, courage, and togetherness.  Please join us for an opening reception on April 13, from 5:30-7:30.  All pieces will be available for purchase, and may be shipped and/or delivered once the exhibition closes.

The Memphis Flyer supports local art and local artisans.  With the Crafts & Drafts event, the aim is to connect local artists with the Flyer's readers in a fun and unique shopping experience!  Vendors are carefully curated to represent the very best of locally created art and crafts.

Each year, St. George's hosts an exhibit and fine art sale featuring local and regional artists. Hundreds of pieces of artwork are on display and are available for purchase by St. George's families and the public. It is a great opportunity for artists to introduce their work to a large number of serious collectors of fine art, as well as those who are just beginning to learn about important regional artists. Artists are able to sell their pieces, and a percentage (30%) of the proceeds goes to the St. George's Arts Alliance to enhance the arts programs of all three campuses of St. George's Independent School.

More than sixty national and regional artists will display and sell a variety of original art including sculpture, photography, and paintings. All artwork will be on display the week of October 31 - November 4 (8:00am - 4:00pm) so that parents, friends, and designers can preview the works of art prior to opening night.

Arts Alliance funds have secured the purchases of portable sound systems, musical instruments, a 25-piece rhythm band instrument set, art supplies (watercolors, tracing pads, sketchbooks, clay, etc.), drum-line, mat cutters, and matting supplies to showcase student artwork, and have provided for visiting artists on our campuses.
